This painting is one part of a project of three.
Each one is a playing card of two colors. Our paintings are similar to those double-faced jackets, which are advertised as “buy one and get two!” In this case, the painting has two mirrored halves and we leave it to the owner to decide which half is below and which is above.

With these paintings, we want to present the idea that the cards in your hands are of slight importance. The strongest card is the well-played card. As often happens in life, we are not always dealt the strongest cards that would grant us easy victory.
