For Paintings
– Intellectual Property
All texts, comments, works, illustrations, Artworks, and images reproduced or depicted on the Site are strictly reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property rights to the Seller, for the entire duration of protection of these rights and throughout the world. As such, and in accordance with the Code of Intellectual Property, the Buyer is permitted to use the Artworks for private use only.
Any reproduction, presentation, modification or adaptation of all or parts of the Website and/or all or part of the elements appearing on or integrated into the Website is strictly prohibited.
The works of art are presented on the site with a description of their characteristics. If the buyer is interested, he can fill out the inquiry form and receive more information about availability, price, payment method, delivery. In the case of an unavailable painting, it is possible to request the creation of a similar one, according to the customer’s preferences.
– Right of cancellation
After receiving the ordered Painting(s), the Buyer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to give a reason or pay a penalty.
The Buyer exercises the right of cancellation directly from the site by sending an email to: tornadotwinsart@gmail.com. After the Seller is notified by email and confirms the cancellation of the order, the Buyer will manage the return of the work and bear the cost of transportation. If the Buyer returns the artwork before the Seller’s consent and instructions regarding the management of the return, a refund for the purchased painting will not be possible.
The Buyer is fully responsible for shipping costs and any damage to the artwork until it is returned to the Seller.
The refund of the amount transferred to the Buyer is carried out after the Seller has made sure that the painting is returned fully intact, properly packaged, without damage and without violation of its integrity. The refunded amount will be transferred to the same bank account that the Buyer indicated during the purchase.
The artwork must be returned in perfect condition by the Buyer and in its original packaging (or equivalent).
– Privacy Policy
The Buyer and the Seller are notified that all data collected when placing an order is processed by the site solely for the purpose of processing orders. The Buyer’s shipping related information and data is passed on to the Suppliers for the sole purpose of enabling them to ship the ordered Artwork(s). They cannot under any circumstances be used for other purposes. Suppliers agree to ensure the security of the personal data they store for the purposes of order fulfillment and tracking.
For Products

– Purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller
1) All products are presented on the site with a detailed description that allows the Buyer to understand their characteristics, sizes and prices, including fees.
2) Buyer selects product, quantity and size they wish to purchase.
3) After selecting the Product(s), the Buyer must confirm and accept the Terms and Conditions specified on the site in order to proceed to payment, for which it is necessary to provide his credit card details if he decides that he wishes to choose a card payment or to make a bank transfer to the specified account.
4) Buyer receives a confirmation email stating that payment has been accepted. However, the contract of sale between the Buyer and the Seller is subject to the condition that the Product is available, the offer is accepted and the transaction is received.
5) All products are sent by the Seller by Econt or Speedy to the exact address or office of the respective courier company, for delivery addresses on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, bearing the transport charges. For addresses outside the country, delivery is made through the courier services of Bulgarian Post, again at the expense of the Seller. For this purpose, the customer must provide an accurate delivery address when completing the order. If the form is filled out incorrectly, the Seller is not responsible.
– Security of payments
Strict and secure tools have been chosen regarding the security of payment methods. The site has adopted as a payment method the PayBox system, a leader in online payments, using the encryption method SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and 3D Secure, currently the most effective security systems, and establishing an encrypted connection directly between the Buyer and the bank.
In no case does the site have access to confidential information related to the payment method used by the Customer. Therefore, with each new order, the Customer’s card details will be required again.
– Right of cancellation
After receiving the order, the Buyer has 7 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to give a reason or pay a penalty.
The Buyer exercises the right of cancellation directly from the site by sending an email to: tornadotwinsart@gmail.com. After the Seller is notified by email and confirms the cancellation of the order, the Buyer will manage the return of the order and bear the shipping costs. The buyer is fully responsible for the shipping costs and any damage to the product until it is received back by the seller.
The refund of the transferred amount to the Buyer is carried out after the Seller has made sure that the order is returned properly packed, unused, without damage and without violation of its integrity. The refunded amount will be transferred to the same bank account that the Buyer indicated during the purchase.
